Symptoms

After an upgrade find in R12 - for one RMA cannot be received as the following error occurs


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
. N: Receiving / Receipts
On Find Expected Receipts RCVRCERC form
Search for RMA Num

. On Receipts form
see 3 lines with destination type Receiving.
Save
Get Note message
