Users encounter "The organization is not classified as a Project Owning or Project Expenditure/Event Owning Organization" error message while trying to add material resource to a task in the workplan and apply the changes.

What are the required setups to be able to perform these tasks and should the Master of Items organization have an Organization Classification related to projects to be able the assign "Material Items" as resources to project?
