Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA
When attempting to change the salary amount for an employee, the following error occurs.
" You cannot enter Salary for an employee who lacks Salary Basis. Please assign the employee a salary basis before proceeding."
Steps tp Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service
2. Worker Status Change
3. Amend the assignment data
4. Click on Propose Pay Change
5. Enter new salary data and click on the Apply button
6. Receive the error message
