Encounter performance issue when running "Generate Run Balance" with all balances at group level.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the concurrent program "Generate Run Balances".
Parameters
Mode: All balances
Balance Level: Group
2. Encounter the performance issue.
