ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find Pending transactions (Mtl_Material_Transactions_Temp) for WIP Issues stuck with errors for cancelled WIP Jobs.

Error
Negative balances not allowed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect transactions deleted.
(Expect period to close.)

STEPS
1. Try to close period.
2. Fails as unprocessed transactions.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Inventory period is not closing as due to two unprocessed material transaction for the Work Order which is closed.
* This is a critical Production issue. Period cannot be closed until records processed. General Ledger periods are pending to close due to inventory closing periods for the period. Period close is required by financial standards to be completed at the end of each period so that management can review revenue, profit, and loss.
