Symptoms
On : 12.1.3
When attempting to Reverse Payroll,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-PAY-07276:Dynamic SQL for DB item failed:ORA-20001:Database item required context PAYROLL_ACTION_ID to be set
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to HRMS Manager
2.Navigate to People > Enter & Maintain >Assignment >Others
3. Reverse payroll Run
