Symptoms
When attempting to plan two order release with same items and commodities , OTM builds two shipments instead of consolidating them into one shipment.
When the Equipment Used has one Compartments and Allow Commodity Mixing is not Checked, If you check the Allow Commodity Mixing then OTM build one shipment with same order releases
