Some Trade Transactions are Not Getting Created When Multiple Order Release Created For Single Order (Doc ID 1959429.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to release multiple lines for a single Order Base, not all the Trade Transactions are getting created and the following error appears:

ERROR

"Either the record has been removed by another user or you do not have rights to edit it."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order Base with ‘ONE_TO_ONE’ Order Configuration with multiple lines
2. Release all the lines
3. The Agent that creates the Trade Transaction runs

Not all the related Trade Transactions are created and the following error message appears:
"Either the record has been removed by another user or you do not have rights to edit it."
