Symptoms
PRC: Process Structure Updates is changing Chargeable Flag on existing task when creating new tasks.
- happening only on Published Structures
- Initially Tasks have chargeable flag set to 'Y'.
The workplan is published after a new task is created.
Once the workplan is published, certain tasks automatically switch the chargeable option to 'N'.
- Not all tasks are changed
- Only happens when workplan is published
