Searching for item instances by item number causes slow performance and in some cases causes the instance search page to time out with 'Internal Server Error'
The Server Error Log from the Internal Server Error could contain:
File does not exist
oc4j_socket_recvfull timed out
Search by item number should return instances in a timely manner
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Item Instance > Item Instances
2. In the Simple Search UI enter item number
3. The Install Base information does not return and after 5 to 10 minutes, the Internal Server Error is received.
