Last updated on SEPTEMBER 20, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle General Ledger - Version 12.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
GLGENLED_XML General Ledger - (132 Char) (XML)
GLGENLED2_XML General Ledger - (180 Char) (XML)
GLACTANL_XML Account Analysis - (132 Char) (XML)
GLACTANL2_XML Account Analysis - (180 Char) (XML)
GLGENJRN2_XML: Journals - (180 Char) (XML)
glprog.ldt

Goal

Some of the standard reports were designed with XDO executables, that are meant to be run using BI Publisher rather than Oracle Reports.
Oracle Reports does not need to be installed.
These reports have XML in the description.

In release 12.2 the following standard reports with XML output are enabled:
General Ledger - (132 Char) (XML)
General Ledger - (180 Char) (XML)
Account Analysis - (132 Char) (XML)
Account Analysis - (180 Char) (XML)
GLGENJRN2_XML: Journals - (180 Char) (XML)

Also, when checking glprog.ldt find that:

- In release 12.2, the ldt shows:

USER_CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME = "General Ledger - (180 Char) (XML)"
ENABLED_FLAG = "Y"

- While in release 12.1, the same ldt shows:

"General Ledger - (180 Char) (XML) - Not Supported: Reserved For Future Use"
ENABLED_FLAG = "N"

Hence, you expect that in release 12.2 these programs to work properly.

However, the reports are not found in the General Ledger Concurrent program list.

After adding the reports manually, when submit them the output is not generated correctly.
