Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Inbound/Outbound transactions

When attempting to process inbound transactions after upgrading to R12.2,
the following error occurs.

Processing Status = Error
Processing Message = java.lang.NumberFormatException: null

Changes

 Upgrad to R12.2
