'Divert Shipment' Action Fails on Ocean Shipment as It Cannot Find a Valid Rate Offering (Doc ID 1961588.1)

When an ocean shipment is diverted to a different port, the action fails because the rate offering selected does not have a voyage schedule to the new port location. However, the rate offering that was used to plan the shipment does have the correct schedule.



Early pickup: 2014-12-30 01:00:00

Itinerary: Germany (2 legs)
First leg is primary and is the vessel leg
The destinations is a port location profile (port2_deu and port3_deu)
Second leg is TL to destination

Vessel info
Rate used to plan:
Rate offering: RO_DEU3
Service Provider: VESSEL3_DEU

Rate selected by algorithm during divert action
Rate offering: RO_DEU2
Service Provider: VESSEL2_DEU

Select the order and use action -> Operational Planning-> Create Buy Shipment -> Show Routing Options
Click OK -> show options-> select the itinerary -> show options
Select the option going to Port 2 (transit time 12 D)
Order will be planned on 4 shipments (2 shipment per leg because order is too big)

Select one of the vessel shipment and use action -> Operational Planning-> Change Shipment Route-> Divert Shipment
Select location id Port3_deu

Action will fail, OTM tries to use rate offering ro_deu2 which does not have a schedule for port1_deu -> port3_deu
