Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Timecard Approval

When attempting to open timecard approval notification, the following error occurs.

Administrator for assistance. Click 'here' for exception details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Application
2. Click on a Timecard requires approval notification in the WORKLIST section of the Oracle Application Home Page to open.
