When attempting to submit the request 'Import Standard Purchase Order' OR 'Import Price Catalogs' the following error occurs.

APP-FND-00806: The default value SELECT MEANING FROM FND_LOOKUPS WHERE LOOKUP_TYPE = 'YES_NO' AND LOOKUP_CODE = 'N' is invalid for the p_clm_flag segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please confirm your system administrator that.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing > View > Request > Import Standard Purchase Orders OR Import Price Catalogs
2. Attempt to submit the report->error occurs
