No Workflow Associated With Open Sales Order Header or Lines (Doc ID 1963524.1)

Find that there is no workflow associated with open sales order header or lines.

This can cause the Interface trip stop to complete with a warning when trying to interface a shipment to Order Management.

The ITS log will shows the following error:

Error msg: ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/6846891'.
in Package OE_Delayed_Requests_PVT Procedure Process_Request_Pvt
Failed to interface Batch xxxxxx to Order Management because API interface_header_to_OM failed
