Symptoms

When manually reconcile or unreconcile a transaction, the following error occurs:
APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-01403: no data found occurred in
AP_RECONCILIATION_PKG.insert_payment_history AP_ACCOUNTING_EVENTS_PKG.CREATE_EVENTS -> AP_ACCOUNTING_EVENTS_PKG.CREATE_PAYMENT_EVENT
with parameters (p_event_type = PAYMENT CLEARED, p_check_id = xxxxxxx, p_event_date = dd-mmm-yy)
8. Error gone If we change responsibility and open bank statement again.
