On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

When attempting to run AutoInvoice, the system first errored with the following:

Error: ERROR from eBusiness Tax - Return Code = 2

After populating warehouse id, and rerunning, the following error occurs:

EXCEPTION(NO_DATA_FOUND): jl_zz_tax.calculate
JL_ZZ_TAX.calculate()- : tax_vendor_return_code 9
APP-AR-11526: EXCEPTION(NO_DATA_FOUND): jl_zz_tax.calculate
-20001: ORA-20001: APP-AR-11526: EXCEPTION(NO_DATA_FOUND): jl_zz_tax.calculate
