Symptoms

The following special characters (for example) are used in the text of an OTM object:

öüóőúéáűí ÖÜÓŐÚÉÁÍŰ

These are displayed fine in the OTM UI screens. However, when this data is displayed in a report. These characters are displayed with just a "?" character.
