Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When accessing Organization Chart in Self Service Human Resources(SSHR) using Internet Explorer(IE) 9, 10, or 11, the following error occurs.

The current compatibility setting is not supported. Disable Compatibility View before running this web page.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Disable the compatibility view setting in IE (Uncheck the compatibility view setting or no website added in the setting).
  2. Log in to EBS using IE version 9, 10, or 11.
  3. Select responsibility  "Manager Self-Service" and open the Organization Chart.

  4. Error popup window is displayed.
