Report Standard Notification is Sending USER ID in the Subject Instead of the SHIPMENT ID (Doc ID 1964986.1)

Symptoms

When a notification email is sent out for the bill of lading, the subject line is referencing the USER ID rather than the SHIPMENT_GID.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an agent on Shipment Tendered and with an Action to print a report set.
  2. Create another agent which listens to the report set printed above, and do a notify involved party.
  3. Desired result: The subject should end with SHIPMENT_NUMBER-JOB NUMBER.
  4. Actual result: The subject of the email comes with USER ID-JOB NUMBER
