ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Oracle Warehouse Management, the Locator LOV on the Manual Drop page was having poor performance and taking a lot of time to process the input in case of transaction for an LPN having item which had large number of lots in onhand.
Performance issue was noticed during the following transactions for Item has huge number of Lot numbers packed in LPN.
Mobile Subinventory Transfer Enter LPN. Validation on LPN field. = > Takes 15 secs.
Mobile Subinventory Transfer Enter LPN, to sub. Validation on to sub field. = > Takes 15 secs.
Mobile Subinventory Transfer Enter LPN, to sub, to locator. Validation on to loc field . = > Takes 20 secs.
It takes 12 seconds from after the subinventory to when it is validated and the cursor moves to the next field.

Note: Performance issues also exist on several other transactions like the following:
1) Picking from loose on Pick Load UI
2) Lot Number field exit on Unpack and Split UI
3) LPN Inquiry - Pressing LPN contents button
4) Locator LOV on Manual Drop/Move Any LPN
5) Overall performance was poor on Move Any LPN
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Mobile
2. Performance subinventory transfer
3. Notice performance issue.
