Symptoms
When running Create Accounting, getting following error:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_JE_VALIDATION_PKG.balance_by_journal_rounding. Cannot get valid Code Combination ID.
Possible Cause:
Rounding account may not have been defined

Rounding account may not have been defined
Example: The Rounding Account in in the Accounting Setup Manager (ASM) is 01-001-9999-XXXXX-000000-000000-0000-000000. When this is changed to 06-001-9999-XXXXX-000000-000000-0000-000000 it is getting validated.
