Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
GDF script is detecting the following issue:
Some upgraded checks have the legal entity populated as 0

Migrated payments with legal_entity_id = 0 in AP_CHECKS_ALL and XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
No zero value for LEGAL_ENTITY_ID

Migration from 11i to R12 .
