A Style Sheet Defined with the Attachments as "OTM LINK" does not Allow Direct Download (Doc ID 1968294.1)

Symptoms

A Style Sheet is defined with the Attachments as "OTM LINK". This is assigned to a Contact Notification . A Document is selected and send document action
is performed. The expectation is that document content will be retrieved via a link in the email, by any mail recipient & it does not require an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) login to view
This does not happen. In the email received ,a link -"OTM Document Manager" is seen, but clicking on it takes them to the login page
