On : 12.2.3 version, Receipts Related

You are attempting to run Automatic Receipts ,in a request set, and receive the following intermittent error in the output report:

ERROR

REP-1401: 'b_12formattrigger': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01403: No Data Found

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1401: 'b_12formattrigger': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01403: no data found

Error message in the fnd debug log:

APP-AR-11203: GL date, 10-FEB-15, is not in an open or future-enterable period.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Control > Request > Set
1. Create a request set with two programs, Automatic Receipts Master and Automatic Remittance Master
2. Control > Request > Run
3. Submit the request set
