WFMLRSVC and WFALSNRSVC Fails to Start After Cloning (Doc ID 1970476.1)

Symptoms


On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues

The "Workflow Mailer Service" (WFMLRSVC) and the "Workflow Agent Listener Service" (WFALSNRSVC) fails to start, the following error occurs in the Internal Manager log file and in the Service log file (FNDCPGSCxxxxx.txt): 

"Starting WFMLRSVC Concurrent Manager : sysdatetimestamp
Starting WFALSNRSVC Concurrent Manager : sysdatetimestamp


Found dead process: spid=(<spid>), cpid=(<cpid>), Service Instance=(xxxx)
Found dead process: spid=(<spid>), cpid=(<cpid>), Service Instance=(xxxx)"
...
Starting WFMLRSVC Concurrent Manager : sysdatetimestamp
Starting WFALSNRSVC Concurrent Manager : sysdatetimestamp
