Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3,
when applying OC4J Patch 20034769 or any 10.1.3 patch, getting the following error:
MISSING_COMPONENT : oracle.j2ee, 10.1.3.5.0
This Oracle Home does not have components/versions required by the patch.
ERROR: OPatch failed during prerequisite check.
