Symptoms

On 12.x.x version, User Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
++ Using User Management responsibility to create two roles

++ One for viewing requests of User A and the other for viewing the requests of User B

++  Still both are able to see the request outputs of all other Users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both users should not be able to view the requests of all other Users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Customer is using User Management responsibility and created two roles

2- One for viewing requests of User A and the other for viewing the requests of User B

3- Still both are able to see the request outputs of all other Users

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, roles created in User Management are working properly.
