Symptoms
PERWSEMA.pll error in generating forms files of ADADMIN,
after applying the following patch on R12.1.3(HR_PF.B.delta.3)
<Patch 19414014>:R12.PER.B - LATEST RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION FOR COREHR ON 12.1.3 (AUG. 2014)
Generating Oracle Forms files...
