Symptoms

The package FA_CACHE_PKG (=FACACHEB.pls) becomes invalid after applying <Patch 19029589:R12.FA.B> or another patch containing factlreg.ldt version 120.7.12010000.6

Compiling FA_CACHE_PKG errors with:
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "IMPORT_ALLOC_INV_LINES_AS_NEW": invalid identifier
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
