UK Penserver Changes Effective From April 2015 Does Not Include All New Fields (Doc ID 1982791.1)

Goal

As of April 2015 2 new fields will be added to the Basic Data extract that are required for the alpha scheme.
Those fields are ERESTIND (EPA Restart Indicator) and ERESTDT (EPA Restart Date).

These are not mentioned in documentation for patch 19515204 or Technical Brief note 1920070.1
Can you advise if further patch will be available with the latest alpha changes included?
