Debrief Html : 'Error in unit of measure conversion' When Navigating Away From The Labor Item Field (Doc ID 1983190.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enter Labor Debrief details, on entering the Item and tabbing out the following error occurs.

ERROR
Error in unit of measure conversion.

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service request and Task.
3. Click Debrief to open the debrief html and enter the labor debrief.
4. Enter the Item and tab out and get the above mentioned error.
