Unexpected Error ORA-1403 ORA-6512 at POR_UTIL_PKG and AttrValException: JBO-27019 for Attribute "HdrAttachmentKey" in ReceiveItemsTxnVO When Selecting Express Receive or Receive Button after Applying Receipt Attachment Patch 19531123 (Doc ID 1983508.1)

Symptoms

New feature of Add Attachment to iProcurement receipt as provided by Patch 19531123:R12.ICX.B works with one navigation, but gets unexpected error with two other navigations.

Users expect any of the various Receive Items navigations to work, but some are getting exception as described and preventing the user from creating the receipt using that navigation option.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Method 1:
     a. Select iProcurement responsibility
     b. Click on Requisition 94162
     c. Click the Receive Button
     - get error
     You have encountered an unexpected error

2. Method 2:
     a. Select iProcurement responsibility
     b. Click on the express receive icon for 94157
     - get error
     You have encountered an unexpected error
 
3. Method 3:
     a. Select iProcurement responsibility
     b. Click on the Receiving Tab
     c. Click on the Receive Items link
     d. Select the checkbox for 94157
     e. Click the attachments icon
     f. Add attachment and click apply
     View confirmation message
     Attachment ABCDEF.docx has been added successfully but not committed; it would be committed when you commit the rest of the current transaction.
     g. Click next
     h. Here you can add another attachment. For now click next.
     i. Review and Click the Submit button
     View Confirmation
     Receipt 576660 has been created for you
