Symptoms
The requisition approval notification message (email notification) is received at the approver with the following message:

The current responsibility context has been switched to: AK Developer'
Steps to Replicate
1) Create a requisition (iProcurement or core Purchasing)
2) Approval Process begins
3) Approver receives email notification (or in worklist) containing the details of the requisition along with extra information as mentioned above
