On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation
Users are facing performance problem in iProcurement when attempt to open Requisition with more than 600 lines and error is presented.

"500 Internal Server error"

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in and access iProcurement.
2. Create/Search any Requisition/item.
3. Application hangs and throws reported error.
