Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, ATTACHMENTS/ EXPORT

When attempting to export from forms, no file is created and debug shows the following error occurs.

Recent changes has been to install database vault

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export from forms

 You enabled Database Vault .
