On : 12.0.2 version, Resources Module (JRES)

When attempting to import a resource for rehired employee (contingent worker) the following error occurs.

 'APP-JTF-380239: The start date entered, is not within in the valid date range for the employee'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
CRM resources - import resource
Not able to import resource name into CRM.  The form is error with message 'APP-JTF-380239: The start date entered, is not within in the valid date range for the employee'
