Symptoms
When run RGOPTM Program - Optimizer the following error occurs:

All records have been deleted from gl_segment_frequencies.
rgogst: Total number of records created for segments = XXXXXX.
Total number of records created for periods = XXX.
Total number of records created for periods in GL_DAILY_BALANCES=0.
Total number of records created in frequencies=XXXXXX.
rgogst: completed the update of rg_table_sizes for gl_code_combinations.
gl_code_combinations has XXXXXXXX records.
rgogst() encountered an error returning from errexit:
ERROR: ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype
rgoptm: encountered an error returning from rgogst()
