ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Publishing and Presentation Program Performance Issue with Large Reports.  Reports are taking a long time to complete.

Most of the other reports are working fine.  FSG Report completes normal but takes around 1.5hrs for PPP to complete.  Already adjusted the java heap size via Note 780081.1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

PPP program performance issue reproduces with both seeded and custom templates.  The problem consistently occurs with large reports.
