CRM Hangs and Concurrent Requests Are Not Processing

Qn1:Is it possible to perform the workaround to purge FND_CONFLICTS_DOMAIN to immediately fix the problem with pending requests unable to process, then apply the patch 13952075:R12.FND.B later?

If so, what would happen with the existing requests pending for CRM when purging /truncating FND_CONFLICTS_DOMAIN?

Qn2:After implementing the workaround, will concurrent managers pick up the next requests or is it required to bounce the concurrent managers?
