ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Options button is greyed out for future scheduled request sets.
When submitting a request set with a future scheduled date, users are no longer able to update the options.
This used to be working until recent changes, and still works for single requests. With the latest code released, the button is greyed out.
Customer applied <Patch 17659392>, and afterwards when entering the notify option details for submission and selecting OK the field becomes null.
Therefore it is not possible to Save the notify options.

Options button should be enabled so notify options details can be entered.
