Symptoms
When attempting process rate factors ( for which the more than 100 rate records were assigned to each rate factor), the following error occurs.

ORA-06502 : Pl/sql: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select rate factor source>>action>>process rate factor
