Symptoms

Line/Distribution quantity does not match shipment quantity

1.  Requisition is created with Pricing Details:  
2.  Once the Requisition is Auto Created, when award validated user receives error message
3.  Error message:  Row 1 Line  - The total amount for pricing attributes is not equal to the amount on the line
