Symptoms
Receiving Credit Check Hold notifications for a single sales order stuck with Credit Check Hold. We have found that once an order is getting hold due to credit check failure at the time of order booking, the first notification is going the order creator.
In the Order Type definition, Credit Check Rule is enabled during Ordering (read Booking) and Picking events.
As workaround:
If Ct doesn't want to receive notification when Credit Check fail at Pick Release, they can disable "Send Hold Notification" flag of Credit Check Rule which assigned to Picking event of Order Type.
