Personal Folders Disappeared From Order Organizer Form (Doc ID 1989932.1)

There are many users who use personal folders in the Order Organizer form. the personal folders disappeared from our Production environment all of a sudden.

They are unable to open / view any folder just in the Order Organizer form.
