When trying to Finally Close a a Standard PO or Blanket Purchase Agreement ( BPA) Release the following error occurs:

APP-PO-14160: Document action not completed successfully
You attempted to perform a document action that is incompatible with the document status



Steps to reproduce

1. Using Purchasing responsibility navigate to Purchase Order Summary
2. Query the purchase order
3. (M)Tools -> Control -> Actions = Finally Close
4. Error occurs

fnd_log_messages show the following error
