View Result In Journals Taking Long Time And Completed With Error "message Cannot Be Displayed" (Doc ID 1990401.1)

For journala with high volume of lines, when pressing Export button in the Budgetary Control View Results Page ERROR500 as below is displayed.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Reproduced the case with more debug and this is due to error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. General Ledger responsibility > Journals > Enter > Enter data and check/reserve funds, then click View Results button > Export
