Problem Statement
When attempting to receive a PO the following error occurs:

APP-PO-14142: rcv_receipts_eh.event-000: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in rcv_receitps_eh.event. The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Try to receive PO
