Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to update the Status of a Service Request by clicking on the Service Request number link in Depot Repair the following error occurs:
Message not found. Application: CS, Message Name: CSZ_REQD_PARAM_NOT_FOUND
Steps To Reproduce
- Open the Repair Orders page through Depot Repair responsibility
- Search for an open Service Request
- Double click on the SR number to open the Customer Support Page
- Change the status (or any other field)
- Click on button Apply
